Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Service description
OneShotMail provides disposable, time-limited email addresses via API, CLI, SDK, and web interface. Each address is designed to receive or send exactly one email before automatic deletion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use OneShotMail to:
- Send spam, phishing, or malicious emails
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Circumvent security measures on third-party services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Create accounts on services in violation of their terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Email delivery depends on third-party infrastructure (AWS SES) and receiving mail servers.
Data and privacy
Email content is stored temporarily and deleted when the address TTL expires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of liability
OneShotMail is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost emails, delivery failures, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
